Return Policy

We deal in “Non-Controlled Substance & Prescription (Rx) drugs” in its Generic Form and as per the Law applying to this trade, we supply on Prescription (Rx) generated by the Customer in Electronic Formduly supported with Prescription over Fax and as such there shall not be any Return accepted by us once the Order is confirmed from our end and even after prior to dispatch to the destination of Customer. Therefore, it shall be the responsibility of Customer that a Fax of Prescription is sent on +91//28907454 deligently to ensure delivery failing which this Phramacy does not owe any responsibility for non-dispatch.

Refund Policy

We do not accept any refund of the Amount or its cancellation against the Ordered “Prescription (Rx) drugs & Medicines/Medications ”. However, we agree to accept order cancellations, if the same is made ONLY within 24( Twenty Four) hours after the order has been submitted with us.

In case if you wish to cancel your order, you have to contact our support team by phone or by submitting a ticket and let them know of your decision. If you contact us after 24(Twenty Four ) hours, no order cancellation will be processed.

Please make sure that you input a valid shipping address in your order form clearly indicating your Telephone Number and Email-ID. NO POST BOX ADDRESS SHALL BE ENTERTAINED .We recommend you to double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as soon as you can to inform us and such intimation shall positively be intimated within 24 (Twenty Four) hours.
